The Urban Suites offers 16 Suites and 4 apartments close to Barcelona Exhibition Centre (Fira de Barcelona). Conceived in a modern and functional design, some of our apartments sport as well a private, shrub-lined terrace.
The Urban Suites brand-new building has a privileged position in the neighbourhood of Sants, close to Plaça d’Espanya, the railway station Barcelona Sants, the Fira de Barcelona (Barcelona’s exhibition centre) and the Palau de Congressos de Barcelona (Barcelona’s Congress Centre).
Providing all our guests with an apartment that feels like home in Barcelona is our main goal. In order to achieve that, we have been taking care of even the smallest detail to offer the quality of a hotel with even more space, comfort and privacy.
Our suites in Barcelona feature a living and working as well as a sleeping area: the ideal solution for both business travels and holidays either with friends or family.
At The Urban Suites all 16 suites and 4 apartments are equipped to welcome 1, 2 or even 6 persons, depending on the needs of our guests.
Our suites vary between 50 and 80m2 and were specifically designed to enhance different atmospheres within one single apartment. All suites and apartments are equipped with a complete kitchen, air conditioning and heating, free WiFi internet connexion.
Barcelona is a city that should be visited in no rush. At The Urban Suites our guests will be able to choose among our suites and apartments - the perfect environments to relax - to then enjoy a peaceful holiday with their families.
Close to the railway station Barcelona Sants and the exhibition halls Fira de Barcelona, our 4 brand-new apartments offer more than 80m2 living space.
The apartments offer our guests a sun-bathed living and dining room with kitchen, a bathroom and two double rooms with two beds each - one of them, a so-called ‘suite’ with own bathroom.
All overlooking a very quiet courtyard, our apartments are the ideal place for those guests in search of a place where to relax fully undisturbed.
In our apartments there is room for up to 6 persons: 2 double rooms & a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
Apartments with private terrace
Two apartments have a private, shrub-lined, more than 40m2 terrace with outdoor furniture. The other apartments have balconies overlooking the courtyard.
