Briar-Croft is the ideal setting for a fun family holiday. After your first visit, you will want to return again and again, as many of our clients will testify.

The cottage itself is set within large garden grounds, an ideal area for children to play and run around safely.

Accommodation comprises kitchen/diner, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room, bathroom, shower-room and large living room with pool table and multi-channel TV.

The large window in the dining room and patio doors in the living room, have both been carefully positioned so as to allow spectacular views from the cottage itself.

The holiday home is well-equipped with all you will need - home from home, including dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, for an additional modest charge.

The cottage is set in the most ideal location, taking advantage of the peace and tranquillity of the Scottish countryside, yet close by to amenities. Within 9 miles is the typically Scottish and quaint town of Aberfeldy with bookshops, coffee shops, and highland gift stores. Also nearby is the festival town of Pitlochry and the fair city of Perth. The cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh are also within easy reach.

For the more adventurous there is plenty to do nearby including a choice of golf courses, walks, mountain biking, water sports, pony trekking, 4x4 safaris and gold panning. There is quite literally something for everyone.

Off street parking is provided and there are no additional costs for heating and electricity.
