At Southover Beach Holiday Apartments, we have 8 apartments including an open plan garden penthouse, a duplex with spiral staircase and very large decking balcony, 2/4 & 4/6 person en-suite units and our family garden apartment, which can sleep 6 to 8. Most with French windows to a balcony or patio overlooking the beach.

We also have our Southover View Holiday Apartments with units sleeping from 2 to 10 persons. These are situated one level up from the beach, giving panoramic views out to sea over the 3 miles of safe golden sands of Woolacombe beach, a popular Devon holiday attraction. Just 3 minutes walk to the shops and local tourist attractions within Woolacombe village. Southover View Apartments are the perfect place to stay and begin your relaxing holiday in Devon.

The location - we are surrounded by National Trust land. If you enjoy walking, there is an abundance of scenic walks locally through the Devon countryside, just a few steps from your holiday apartment door. Not only that, but Woolacombe is the perfect holiday base for exploring the beauty of the South West with Mortehoe, Ilfracombe, Barnstaple, Lynton, Croyde, Clovelly and Exmoor all within easy driving distance. Many other Devon holiday attractions are within easy driving distance.

Woolacombe Beach - is ideal for swimming, surfing, walking and sunbathing with plenty of space for all, even at the busiest part of the holiday season.

Woolacombe beach and surrounding beaches have been designated 'CLEAN' by EEC Hygiene Standards and proudly fly 'THE BLUE FLAG'.

Holiday apartment lounge and dining areas in each of our holiday apartments is large and spacious. All holiday apartments enjoy sea views, some with balcony. There is ample dining space, highchairs are available on request, comfortable sofas and all apartments have a modern TV Freesate and DVD. All bedrooms come supplied with linen and duvets, most have an en-suite bathroom and some have wash hand basins. A cot is available on request at no extra cost. Several bedrooms have a balcony with sea views. Bathrooms are fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities

Woolacombe beach. Here surfers are out all the year riding the breakers of the Atlantic Ocean. Watched over by lifeguards in summer, bathing and swimming is safe between the flags. Avoid swimming at low tide and near the few rocks toward the north of Woolacombe beach. The surf at Woolacombe, helps make Woolacombe beach such a Devon holiday attraction. It is known world-wide, suitable for both the experienced surfer and the beginner. Surfing lessons are available within Woolacombe village.

Three miles of sand are perfect for sandcastles and walks. All that you can need in refreshment is available at the Beachcomber café at the north end of Woolacombe beach.

Barricane Beach. The famous shell beach tucked in between the rocks, between Woolacombe and Mortehoe. Famous for cowries and other exotic sea shells brought in on the Gulf Stream. Safe for bathing and swimming, with rock pools to explore and more traditional sand at low tide.

Apartment Two
Apartment two at Springfield Road is the largest self-catering holiday accommodation we have available in Woolacombe A four bed apartment over two storeys. The apartment sleeps 8 to 10, including a sofa bed. Two bedrooms are en-suite, with a separate shower room on lower floor. The main feature is a very large open plan living area, with French windows leading to a large decking balcony overlooking the gardens.

The lounge and dining area is spacious with ample dining space, highchairs are available on request, comfortable sofas and all apartments have a modern TV and video.

Apartment Four
Apartment four has two bedrooms, sleeping four to six, including a sofa bed. There is a double en-suite bedroom with its own small balcony and twin bed bedroom. There is a separate bathroom and front balcony decking.

The apartment is south facing with its own separate entrance, sea views and has been newly refurbished.

This apartment benefits from an open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen including modern cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all of the ancillary items you could possibly need while you enjoy your Devon holiday.

There is combination central heating and instant hot water, fitted carpets, a large and spacious dining and sitting area. Highchairs are available on request, comfortable sofas and a modern TV and video.

Both bedrooms come supplied with linen and duvets, a cot is available on request at no extra cost. The bathroom is fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities.

Apartment Five
A South facing one bedroom holiday apartment, sleeping 2 to 4 including a sofa bed. With its own separate entrance and with private car parking space available. The apartment has been newly refurbished.

There is a front balcony deck, with views over Woolacombe and the sea.

The Kitchen is fully fitted and includes ample modern gas/electric cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all of the ancillary items you could possibly need while you enjoy your holiday in North Devon. Including combination central heating and instant hot water.

The Lounge and Dining enjoys ample dining space, highchairs are available on request, comfortable sofa and a modern TV and video.

The bedroom comes supplied with linen and duvets. A cot is available on request at no extra cost.

The Bathroom is fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities. It has double access, making it en-suite to the bedroom as well as access from the hall, for when there are 4 persons.

The holiday apartments are situated just a four minute walk from the sands of Woolacombe beach. Three minutes from the shops and local tourist attractions within Woolacombe village itself.
