Gable Cottage is a spacious comfortable 3 bedroom house situated near the centre of Keswick in the heart of the Northern Lake District. With views of Latrigg, Skiddaw and Walla Crag, it is near to the River Greta and Fitz Park and only a few minutes walk from the Town Centre and the Lakeside at Derwentwater.

The property is situated in a quiet location with both private and on-street parking.

The 3 bedrooms comprising of a double, a twin and a single room (with ensuite bathroom and shower) in addition to the main shower-room offer plenty of space and comfort and all have built in wardrobes and storage.

Downstairs there is the benefit of the large rear lounge overlooking the patio area with real flame gas fire, wide screen satellite TV, DVD / video, telephone and CD / radio Hi Fi.

To the front of the property the tasteful dining room is ideal for you to not only enjoy your mealtimes in comfort but also an additional place to relax, listen to music, play games or just read your favourite book.

The large kitchen is extremely well equipped with fully fitted units, ceramic hob and oven, built in fridge, microwave and many other appliances together with generous crockery and utensils. The kitchen also leads to the spacious utility where there is a washer / dryer, full size dishwasher, American-style fridge / freezer and storage for bikes, boots, coats, etc

The outdoor patio and carport also lead off the kitchen to the rear access of the property providing a sunny and private area to relax and enjoy a meal al fresco, a cool summer drink or just a space to unwind outdoors.

For guests with small children, a cot and high chair are available free of charge and all linen, power and heating is fully included in the price. Towels are available for a small additional charge.
