Sunnyside Flats are in the centre of St. Mary's one mile from Hugh Town with pleasant walks in all directions. The beaches and coastal footpaths are a 15 min walk away.

The Islands are 28 miles west of Lands End in Cornwall, England.
St Mary's is just 2.5 by 1.75 miles, its capital being Hugh Town a small village with a population of 1500. Most of the holiday accommodation is within Hugh Town.

The Isles of Scilly are the perfect place for a quiet and safe holiday. Enjoy the beautiful countryside and seaside views, explore the many miles of coastal walks and nature trails, picnic on one of our sandy un-crowded beaches. Take a boat trip to the other islands. Learn about our wildlife on a guided tour by foot or by boat; go sailing, wind surfing, fishing, snorkelling or diving with the seals. Eat out at one of our many cafes, restaurants, hotels or public houses.

The Accommodation.

Sunnyside Bottom Flat is on the ground floor of Sunnyside with large rooms and countryside views to the south. It has two bedrooms, one double en-suite with shower and one twin en-suite with bath. The lounge includes TV & DVD player. The Kitchen has fitted units with electric oven & hob and a fridge/freezer.
Graded ETB Three Star.

Sunnyside Middle Flat is a first floor flat with large rooms and countryside views in all directions. It comfortably sleeps four in two bedrooms, one double (5 Ft) and one twin. The Lounge includes TV & DVD player. The Bathroom is fitted with bath/shower and airing cupboard. The Kitchen has fitted units with electric oven & hob, fridge, freezer and microwave oven.
Graded ETB Three Star.

Sunnyside Top Flat is on the second floor and has countryside views to the south. It has a twin bedroom. The Lounge has comfortable chairs and TV & DVD player. The Bathroom has bath/shower and sink. The Kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer & microwave oven.

All three Flats have fitted carpets, electric heaters and electricity is via a £1 coin operated meters. A shared washing machine is also available. Linen and towels are provided. Lettings are from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. Regrettably the flats are not suitable for pets. Children over the age of eight are welcome and Sunnyside Flats are all non-smoking.
