Hunstanton is a popular seaside resort with lots to do for all the family. There are safe sandy beaches, amusements and a funfair for the children, an indoor Sea Life Centre, and the beautiful Esplanade gardens, to name but a few of its many attractions.

It's the ideal location for golf, sailing, wind-surfing, cycling, bird watching, walking, or just simply relaxing….. and all surrounded by beautiful Norfolk countryside.

As the only English east coast resort, which faces west Hunstanton enjoys spectacular sunsets across the sea, which have to be seen to be believed.

'Beeches' is an ideal base for your seaside holiday in Hunstanton. It is a modern ground floor disabled friendly holiday flat in a perfect location only 100m from the safe sandy beach and only 10 minutes from Hunstanton's famous green, shops, pubs, restaurants, and other amenities. There is a small supermarket just a five minute walk away and a new large Tescos close-by.

The accommodation is comfortable and modern and fully furnished throughout it comprises a Lounge/diner with three piece suite and dining furniture, and an open plan kitchen fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils required. The accommodation sleeps 5 & cot. There is one double bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed and full sized bunk beds.

There is a shower room with shaver point, electric shower and washbasin, and a separate WC. Outside you will find an off road parking space for 2 cars adjacent to the property in a private car park at the rear, and a sunny patio area and large lawn to the front ideal for children to play or for sunbathing. The accommodation is fully double glazed with electric heating in all the rooms and makes an ideal base for you to explore Hunstanton and the surrounding attractions of Norfolk.

Children and babies are welcome (high chair, safety gate, baby bath and travel cot are supplied and are included in the weekly rent). Many additional items are also supplied to make your holiday complete including - 26' HD Ready LCD Flatscreen TV with integrated Freeview & DVD/CD player, DAB/FM Radio Sound/Speaker Dock for iPod, iPhone with Audio In for Digital Music Players, microwave, patio chairs, windbreak, etc and welcome beverages supplied on arrival. Pets are also very welcome for an additional price of £35 per pet per week.

The accommodation may be suitable for physically handicapped persons at it is located on the ground floor with only one very shallow entrance step. Hunstanton town center and seafront are accessible to disabled visitors.

Open from 1st March to 30th November each year - full weeks or short breaks available. Discounts are available. Pillows, blankets and quilts are supplied for all the beds, however the linen is not supplied. Pillow cases, sheets and quilt covers are required to be supplied by the customer during the rental period.
