Beachscape and Tides are contemporary holiday homes, sleeping four people in two bedrooms.

They are based in a peaceful holiday park, with views overlooking the sea. There is direct access to the beach just yards away and miles of coastline on your doorstep to walk. The park is pet friendly with 13 acres of grassland and there is a lovely childrens playground nearby within the village

The properties are well equipped with comfy sofas and hotel quality beds. You enter the property into a large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, which has comfy seating for four, dining table plus four chairs, a large flat screen LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

The kitchen has a hob, built in oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. There is an inner hall to store shoes and coats, which leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. There is a double and twin room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, with toilet, sink and heated towel rail. There are radiators in the property for the cooler months. Hotel quality bedlinen and electricity are included in the rental but please bring your own towels.

There is a small decked area, with patio table and chairs, at the front of the property which has a gate to keep dogs and small children safe. The cottage is a non smoking property. There is parking space for one or two cars.

There is a well stocked shop/newsagent in the village of Bacton for your immediate needs. You will also find a fish and chip shop, a fabulous cafe with all home cooked food, rated very highly on Trip Advisor, a lovely vegan cafe, a pub, a Chinese restaurant, and other shops such as a hairdressers and a craft shop.

Cromer Flint Cottage is a Victorian end of terrace cottage in the heart of the lovely seaside town of Cromer. Everything you could need is in walking distance, shops, cafes, cinema, beautiful beaches and the famous pier with the end of the pier theatre.

Sleeping up to four in two bedrooms, with open plan living room and dining room, a kitchen, a porch for storage and also breakfast on sunny days. Upstairs is the two bedrooms (one with pull out guest bed for a fourth person if required) and bathroom with shower over the bath. The property has a sunny courtyard garden. Parking is on street or the nearby council car parks. Linen is provided but no towels.

Bramble Cottage is a 16th century barn conversion, but think warm, comfortable family home rather than a shiny new barn! Based on a rural country lane, a short walk across fields to the coastline or along the road to the very popular village pub, the Hill House.

It has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is the original barn, then a hallway leads to an extension which houses the two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower. There is a courtyard garden from which you can see the church and lighthouse in the distance, and parking spaces for two cars. Linen and towels are provided at Bramble Cottage.

There are numerous cafes and pubs if you enjoy walking along the coast or a short drive away from all the properties.

There is much to explore using the properties as a base, with the Norfolk Broads close by, Cromer pier with its famous end of the pier theatre, Happisburgh lighthouse, Stow Windmill, the seals at Horsey, numerous stately homes, childrens parks and more. The area is also wonderful for walking, fishing, bird watching and watching the occasional seal bobbing in the waves!
