In Maratea, (Ogliastro)

The house, pleasantly furnished, has a wide hall with a cooking corner and two spacious rooms (5 sleeping places). Each room has a spacious bathroom decorated with precious Moroccan ceramics and a shower.

The cooking corner is small but efficient and is equipped with a big refrigerator and an oven. We provide a full set of plates made of local ceramics and kitchen tools. There is a washing machine and an ironing table.

Outside there is a pleasant garden with an English lawn and a paved area with beach umbrellas, deckchairs, and an iron table for 6-8 people and modern and comfortable chairs that will ensure pleasant dinners in the open air.
There is a barbecue and a warm shower outside.

For the winter period the villa has heating.
The Carob trees are the ideal place for those who wish to rest and to pass their holidays in an unforgettable atmosphere.

It is situated 1,800 Km from the beaches of Fiumicello and Cersuta and 2 km from the suggestive port Maratea.

Prices:

Price are per week for four person :

- High season: July and august: €900 ( 1235,00 $)

-Medium season: June and September €650 (900,00 $), May and October €500 (690,00 $)

- Low season: April €400 ( 550,00 $), from November to March €350 (480,00 $).

Prices include water and gas, while, leave out electricity (1 kw= €0,21) and final cleaning (€30).
You can rent linen (15 €) and towels (15 €) but not beach towels.
