The property is set in the grounds of a beautiful large house that backs on to the Basingstoke Canal tow path, and has ample secure off road parking. It is conveniently located being within minutes of the A3, and junctions 10 and 11 of the M25. Fast rail links to London Waterloo are within a mile and there is easy access to both Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Heathrow is approx 30 minutes away and Gatwick 45 minutes.

Nearby attractions include Brooklands Motor Museum and Painshill Park at Cobham. Epsom, Ascot, Kempton Park and Sandown racecourses are a short distance away as is Hampton Court, Windsor Castle and the National Trust properties: Claremont Landscape Gardens, Hatchlands Park House, Clandon House, and Polesden Lacey.

West Byfleet is close to Woking, Chobham, Bisley and Weybridge while Ascot, Sandhurst, Wimbledon and Windsor are approx a half-hour's drive.

Self-caterers will find excellent Waitrose, M&S and Tesco supermarkets close by. West Byfleet is well-served by restaurants with a choice of Italian, Thai, Indian, Vietanemese, Chinese and Japanese as well as a good British fish and chip establishment. Other good restaurants including a Lebanese one can be found in neighbouring Weybridge.

Woking, a couple of miles away, has a good cinema and theatre and changing exhibitions at the Lightbox art gallery. The Peacocks shopping centre includes many good shops. Woking has 13 fast trains to London every hour.
