Our luxurious apartment offers all the amenities you would typically expect from self-catering accommodation... and a whole lot more you wouldn't. The view from the apartment building is simply breathtaking. Come and see it for yourself!
The property is located midway between two of England's National Parks: the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. And Kendal itself is a beautiful market town in which to stay with a great choice of restaurants, shops, cafés and bars.
In the apartment you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, plus a balcony over the river. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and a large flatscreen TV, Bose system and iPod/iPhone dock can be found in the living area.
An arrangement with a local hotel allows us to offer our guests free access to a nearby swimming pool, gym and sauna.
There is lots to see and do in the area. Cumbria is home to England's longest lake (Windermere) and highest mountain (Scafell Pike). There are also numerous local events, whether it be the Kendal Torchlight Procession, Kendal Mountain Film Festival or Mintfest, an international arts festival. Kendal attractions include the Brewery Arts Centre, Abbot Hall Art Gallery, Kendal Museum, the Quaker Tapestry Exhibition, Kendal Castle and much, much more. And within an easy drive you have Windermere and the central Lake District towns of Ambleside, Bowness, Grasmere, Coniston and Hawkshead.
