Luxury House in Figueira West Algarve
Well furnished and equipped house with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6. Situated in a small development built round a pool in the mid 90's and now benefiting from lovely mature gardens. We have an enviable position in the south west corner so day long sunshine. The elevated site gives panoramic views over the roof tops of Figueira to the rolling hills beyond which is the sea a mile away.
The house is built on 2 levels with the living accommodation upstairs to make full use of the view. Upstairs is a spacious living/dining room with sliding doors leading onto the terrace where you can dine outside and enjoy the sun. The kitchen has been fully refitted recently. This is our home during the winter months so it is much more comprehensively equipped than some holiday homes.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs; 1 king size double with an en-suite bathroom, a further double and a twin. A house bathroom has a large shower, basin and toilet. The bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is private parking and we have our own private garden.
Figueira has a small shop and an excellent restaurant.
A path from the village leads down to Figueira beach- very beautiful. There is no development there and it is accessible only by foot.
The fishing village of Salema is 2 km. away and offers a lovely beach and many restaurants.
The coast offers an amazing choice of walks and beaches and on the west coast, which is wilder, there are fantastic beaches too.
