Loch Side Lodge is situated in Highland Perthshire and the picturesque Upper Tay Valley, 6 miles from Aberfeldy, amidst some of Scotland's grandest scenery. Highland Perthshire is 'Big Tree Country' and combines lush low ground with the rugged grandeur of some of Scotland's highest mountains.

Our Lodge has just been completed for the 2008 season, beautifully furnished and in a superb location, you are sure to have a holiday to remember.
Lochside Lodge is one of only sixteen luxury detached country lodges in an exceptional position overlooking Lochan and with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
Accommodation comprises - Hall, Open Plan Lounge/Dining Room/Kitchen with double height ceiling and full wall views out over the balcony to the surrounding area, three large bedrooms all en-suite, accommodation on one level, solid wood flooring with under floor heating and furnished to a high standard to ensure a pleasurable stay.

From your balcony you could easily spot red deer, Highland Cows, Birds of Prey and Trout surfacing on the loch.

Luxury Lochside Lodge :
New for the 2008 season architecturally designed Luxury Lodge, built to a very high standard, our three bedroom lodge combines the best of rural tradition, modern living and the latest super-insulated construction technology to set a new standard.
The elegant open plan lounge and dining area are spacious and airy and are decorated with a sophisticated contemporary Scottish style.
Open plan Lounge, dining and bespoke kitchen area 7m X 6m with double height ceiling, full height double glazed window and with solid oak under floor heating complete with French doors, leading to your own private veranda overlooking the Loch.
The lounge area has two large stylish leather sofas, rocking chair, coffee tables, colour TV, DVD, CD player and fabulous Antler Chandelier.
The luxury bespoke kitchen comprises of Smeg appliances, breakfast bar and is off the dining area and is fully equipped with everything needed to serve a full scale dinner party if so desired.
Dining area has a beautiful large dining table to seat 8, ideal for evening dinner parties.
Hallway: Large spacious hallway leading to on-suite bedrooms, double oak doors to Lounge and kitchen area.
Our lodge is all on one level and has three large bedrooms:
Main Bedroom: Fabulous King size bed, bedside cabinets, dresser, hairdryer, fitted oak wardrobes and with oak flooring, French doors opening to private veranda over looking Loch , hallway leading to Luxury fully tiled en-suite Shower room with floor heating, floor dimensions 4m X 3.6m.
Bedroom 2:Double Bed, Single bed and Bedside cabinet, fitted oak wardrobes and with oak flooring, complete with 5 piece Luxury fully tiled bathroom with under floor heating, floor dimensions 4m X 3m.
Bedroom 3: Twin single beds and bedside cabinets, fitted oak wardrobes and oak flooring complete with Luxury fully tiled en-suite Shower room and under floor heating, floor dimensions 4m X 3m.
