Excellent one bedroom 1st floor apartment 250 meters away from the city centre of Monte Gordo and at 3 minutes walking distance from the beach, although in a very quiet place.

With a large bedroom with double bed and closet, a large living room with a well equipped kitchenette with washing machine, stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine and microwaves and a convenient eating area. Good bathroom with bath, shower and WC. You will enjoy the very large covered balcony (more or less 30 sq mts) with table and chairs for outside meals, or just to rest.

To rent a car is not very expensive in Portugal and you can visit Vila Real de Santo António (4Kms) and 10 kms away you can find the nearest Spanish city - Ayamonte.
Seville is also a possibility as it is only 120 Kms away. Faro Airport is 50kms distant. Also near several golf courses like Benamor or Quinta da Ria. In Vila Real you can practice several sports like swimming, tennis, or football. Sailing in the River Guadiana is also a possibility. Bicycles for rent are also available. Cross the river to Ayamonte by ferry or go up to to Alcoutim and enjoy the magnificent sightseeing.

You have the possibility to taste the good Portuguese food (Portuguese sardines, 'xarém' and lots of fresh fish), as there are a lot of not expensive restaurants with delicious typical Algarve and Portuguese food.

By night you can always go to the casino to place some bets or to see the show to dance in one of the clubs of the city.
