Cities like Cologne, Essen, Duisburg, Krefeld are reached quickly, because the main railway station is just a 10 minutes walk away. Several shops such as a bakery/coffee house, supermarket, kiosk, cleanery, laundry, pharmacy, hair dressers, restaurants, even a doctor are just a few minutes walk away.
A very good bakery (coffee house) is opposite the apartment, opened from 7 a.m.-18.30 p.m. Here you may have your breakfast.
