Dairy House Farm is set in the Blackmore Vale, an area of outstanding natural beauty in Dorset.

Accommodation includes Jasmine Cottage, Plumtree Cottage and two single storey barn conversions, The Lodge and The Stable.

Also The Victorian Barn, which can accommodate larger groups. The Victorian Barn can sleep up to 45 in a combination of four and two bedroom houses and apartments. It also has the large Osborne Hall in the heart of the barn.

Dairy House Farm is in the Blackmore Vale, an area of outstanding natural beauty in Dorset. There are spectacular views towards Bulbarrow Hill, the second highest point in Dorset, within 2 miles walking distance. The farm covers 60 acres which includes three lakes which stock common carp, mirror carp, rudd, tench, bream and other varieties of silverfish. Adults and children are welcome to come and wander around the fields.

Facilities include a superb indoor heated swimming pool with gym and sauna plus an outside hot tub and childrens play area.

Guests are welcome to fish in the three lakes, which are just a short walk from the accommodation.

Jasmine Cottage (sleeps 6) is a traditional farm cottage built around 1830. The well-equipped and comfortably furnished property has double glazing and night storage heaters. The rooms are laid out as below:

- Larder
- Separate WC

* First Floor
- 2 Bedrooms with double beds
- Bedroom with twin beds
- Bathroom with full size bath, power shower, wc and wash basin

Plumtree Cottage (sleeps 4) is a traditional farm cottage built about 1830. The well-equipped and comfortably furnished property has double glazing and night storage heaters. The rooms are laid out as below:

- Kitchen/diner.
- Larder
- Separate WC

* First Floor
- Bedroom with double bed
- Bedroom with twin beds
- Bathroom with full size bath, power shower, wc and wash basin

The Lodge (sleeps 4)
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin room.

The kitchen is open plan with a large oak beam in the adjoining archway. The shower room also has a beam running through it and the whole property is double glazed with night storage heaters.

The property has large doorways and has been designed for easy access for the less able.

The Stable (sleeps 4)
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin room. The lounge and kitchen run the full width of the property and the shower room runs off from the kitchen. There is a wonderful conservatory on the back with stunning views towards Bulbarrow Hill and the lakes.

The whole property is double glazed with night storage heating. There is a tidy garden and lawns with garden furniture.

Helena House, Leopold House and Beatrice House are four bedroom properties within The Victorian Barn.

They are very well equipped and beautifully furnished. The rooms are laid out as below:

The Victoria Suite is a luxury penthouse apartment within The Victorian Barn.

It is very well equipped and beautifully furnished again with four star gold award grading.

This apartment is laid out as below:

- The lounge has panoramic views and a vaulted ceiling with chandeliers and soft wall lighting. A 38' flat screen with freeview adorns the wall.

- The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.

- Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom with whirlpool
- Bedroom with king bed
- 2 bedrooms with twin beds
- All the bedrooms, except the master bedroom, have en-suite facilities and they all have flat screen televisions.

A further three properties called;

- The Granary - sleeps up to 5
- The Byre - sleeps up to 4
- The Hayloft - sleeps up to 4

All of the above are beautifully furnished and are four star gold award graded.

Small fishing villages and harbours have been the source of locations for TV and films such as the 'French Lieutenant's Woman' at Lyme Regis, 'Far from the Madding Crowd' at Weymouth and the series 'Harbour Lights' which uses the Dorset coast.

West Dorst has over 150 villages offering a wealth of history, character and charm. Old cottages, Norman churches and quiet pubs nestle in amongst the gentle hills and coastal bays.
