These first and second floor apartments/suites with balcony offer views of the town skyline and surrounding countryside.
Our one bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with double bed, separate bathroom with bath/shower, open plan fully furnished kitchen/dining with lounge area with multi channel TV, DVD and balcony.
Our Holiday Suites offer extra sleeping accommodation by means of a Sofa Couch in the lounge area.
Each is equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, all cooking utensils, kettle, bread bin, iron/ironing board, clock radio. All Bed Linen and Bath Towels are supplied.
Cots and High chairs are freely available upon request.
We offer access to a nearby Leisure Centre at a reduced rate.
Killarney itself, situated in a valley surrounded by mountains, lakes and hills, is a lively town with many restaurants, bistros, cafes, craft and souvenir shops to tempt the visitor. Evenings may be spent in one of the many 'singing pubs' where musical entertainment awaits, in the local cinema with its 3 screens, or at one of the many organised concerts/events at varied venues in the town.
For centuries the Killarney Valley has been recognised far and wide as Ireland's most beautiful destination - being aptly titled as 'Heaven's Reflex'. It is renowned for its beauty and varied landscape and there are many local tours to avail of. One of the most popular is the 'Gap of Dunloe' trip consisting of a Boat Trip across the Lower of the three main lakes, lunch at Lord Brandon's Cottage, and a walk or a jaunting car trip through the mountains until you come to the famous Kate Kearney's Cottage where an Irish Coffee awaits you.
Local activities include Walking and Trekking, Fishing, Orienteering,Horse Riding, Golf (3 Championship Courses), Boat Trips, Jaunting Car Rides, Mountain Climbing, Childrens' indoor and outdoor activity/playground. Ladies View - approx 10 miles south of the town of Killarney offers spectacular views of the whole valley.
Killarney is centrally located and an ideal base for touring the South West region. The Ring of Kerry (110 miles) embraces many points of historic and archaeological interest. . The Dingle Peninsula, with its rugged coastline, takes in Europe's most westernly point. Blarney castle, The Beara Peninsula, are other worthwhile trips within touring distance of Killarney.
