The first bedroom has a large double bed and a sitting area having a sofa (which could also be used as bed for two persons), cable TV and Stereo system and bed linen.
The second bedroom has a large double bed, spacious wardrobe and a safe.
Bathrooms has bathtub and shower, wash basin, WC, washer/dryer, hair dryer and towels.

The living / dining room has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two persons), dining table for 6, a coffee table, arm chairs, Cable TV, Stereo System and a telephone. The Internet access and fax machine are provided on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware.

Roof terrace has also a dinning table for six persons.

Our house is very conveniently located. Stations of tram '18', '62' and '65' and Underground line 'U1' are near the building. Sud Bahnhof (Train Station - South) and fast train stations (schnellbahn) 'S1', 'S2', 'S3', ' S15' are within walking distance.

Apartment Rögergasse is very conveniently located at the Rögergasse 29 1090 Vienna (9th. district).
Underground line (Metro) 'U4' Station (Friedensbrucke) and tram D, and Fraz Joseph Bahnhof ( Franz JosephTrain Station ) are located only within 100 meters from the building.
You can reach all points of interest in Vienna within 15 to 20 minutes by public transport. Stephansplatz (the city centre) and many other sightseeing places and cultural centres are within 15 minutes walking distance.
In the neighbourhood you find many shops, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops.
