Masseys Yard is a cosy, non-smoking 2 bedroomed character flint cottage in Wells (North Norfolk) which is quietly situated off the Wells-Next-The-Sea main street with parking close by. There is a pleasant seating area with a picnic table, barbeque and garden chairs provided. Spacious upstairs accommodation make this self-catering flint cottage a popular North Norfolk Holiday retreat.
There is a new conservatory with space for coats and boots and a beamed sitting/dining room with a sofa, sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV, night storage heaters and coal effect electric fire.
The well-equipped kitchen has a cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and all the usual kitchen utensils. The bathroom is situated downstairs and is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The upstairs spacious rooms comprise of one double-bedded room and one room with 2 single beds. Electricity is included in the price.
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own linen, towels and tea towels.
Booking is available from Saturday to Saturday but short stays are possible. The key holder will meet you at a time arranged but normally after 4pm.

Wells is a delightful town on the Norfolk coast with its wide-open skies and exhilarating air.
It is wonderful for bird watching and sailing. Children love to catch crabs from the quay and there is a lovely sandy beach.
Wells was once a very major harbour and is still an active but small port.
It is a town with many narrow alleyways Georgian houses and old granaries.
There is a Harbour narrow gauge railway from the Quay to the beach and the Wells - Walsingham light Railway starts just outside town.
