Fallbarrow Lodge

Fallbarrow Lodge is a stunning 3 bed/2 bath lodge/log cabin right on the shores of beautiful Lake Windermere, located on the award winning 5 star Fallbarrow Park. The lodge has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, full hob, full oven, microwave and a toaster.

The master bedroom has a double bed, TV (not Sky) and an en-suite shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV (not Sky). The third bedroom has two full sized twin beds.

Every bedroom has ample wardrobe space. The family bathroom has full sized bath with shower over and a toilet. In the lounge area you will find a new 37' wide-screen tv with full Sky HD (all channels except Setanta), a DVD player (and a selection of DVDs), cd player and video. Leading from the lounge area via patio doors is a fabulous decking area with uninterrupted views of the Lake and the Langdales beyond.

On the decking is a dining table for 6 people, patio heater and Weber bbq. In the dining area of the lodge is a six seater dining suite. The lodge can comfortably accommodate 6 adults.

Outside the lodge there is car parking for 2/3 cars.

There is no other lodge on Fallbarrow Park so close to the Lake available for rent.

Fallbarrow Park is just 5 minutes walk to the centre of Bowness with its many shops and restaurants. Also in Bowness you can catch the famous Windermere Steamers from the pier giving access to the whole lake.

The park itself has a small shop, bistro, club house and children's play area. For 2009, new jetties and boat launching facilities have been installed together with free wireless internet across the site. The park is quiet and relaxing but still very close to Bowness.
