The property could not be any better located than it is, right on the beach, people come here just to view the sunsets, there are viewing seats all along the beach, with shops and bars close by, there is also an open air market every day which sells every thing you could need from fresh food to cheap designer clothes.

There are 2 other beach/coves close by which can usually be found quite deserted further around the coast; fishing and water sports are the main attraction here in Mavershir, or relaxing on the beach or on the veranda/balcony.

The house has two double bedrooms, suitable for 2-4 people max, There is a separate kitchen , large lounge and bathroom/wc, the house comes with a fully equipped kitchen cooker fridge freezer washing machine, and the lounge has a TV . music centre.

Mavershir is for a more relaxing holiday, but its also ideal for being so close to Altinkum. There is a bus every 15 mins from the square and last bus back is after midnight. The night life in Altinkum is very lively ie night club Medusa and several disco clubs, lots of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets etc, lots of day trips can be booked here to see the rest of Turkey, ie boat trips, coach trips etc.

The appollo ruins are in walking distance from the house and it is certainly worth a visit, also the new Marina in Altinkum is now complete and has lots of entertainment planned for 2009, concerts are regularly performed and weekly firework displays, Altinkum has 3 very large beaches, with lots of water sports on offer.
