Furnished 3 room apartment in the heart of Zurich city

Zurich city offers lots of activities, festivals (as Caliente, Street parade, Langstrasse fest...), museums, cinemas, theatres and more. Zurich is a University City, cultural city, bank city and the city of much other things and it is very vivid. The tram circuit is very well organized in the city and takes you easily to the hot spots of the city as the exclusive shopping street Bahnhofstrasse where you can find the most famous design brands.

The beautiful lake of Zurich offers you also a lot of activities. The water is perhaps the cleanest in Europe. There you can spend the whole day fishing, swimming, sailing, take a picnic and more. There are also sightseeing boats. In the neighbourhood of the apartment are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, nightclubs, bars shops, hairstylists, cinemas, theatres etc. You have all type of restaurants and bars from very first class to alternative ones. There are several supermarkets. Some of them are open 24 hours.

The 60sqm apartment is in a early 20th century building.

The 3 room apartment is very bright. It has 2 view directions. One view is directed to the Kanonengasse and the other is towards the courtyard.

The biggest room has a queen size bed. The other bed room has 2 single beds. The Living room has a sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are incl. in the price. By request it is possible to arrange an extra bed (small). In the rooms are also wardrobe and place to put the clothes.

The kitchen is very modern and full equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, cutlery, glasses and pans. The bathroom as well, with bathtub and shower. There is a washing and drying machine in the building. The apartment is in the 2nd floor. It is not suitable for handicap people. There is no elevator. There is also TV, cable, high speed internet incl. in the price.
The bus 31 is just down the building. The main train station is 5 min. walk from the apartment. The tram 14 and 3 are 3 min. further away near the River Sihl.

Animals are not permitted. The apartment is a non smoker apartment.
The price for the whole apartment is 175-250 Euro /day, depending on the season. It is also possible to rent one room for 1 person for 60-90 Euro/day. A minimum stay of 3 days.

For the apartment is a security deposit of 250 Euro required or a valid insurance that covers the tenant in case of damages made by the tenant. The fee and security deposit has to be paid at the moment the tenant receives the key. The security deposit will be returned to the tenant at the moment the tenant returns the key. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning or this can be arranged by a professional cleaning service.
