Modern Kitchen / Breakfast room with flagstone floor and spiral staircase to first floor Chartroom.

Large vaulted Master Bedroom with Twin beds and Ensuite bathroom with shower, Cullipool Beach separate access to rear garden. Two double Bedrooms both adjoining bathroom / WC.
