Beachlands House is a three-storey house built in 2007 and located at Millennium Quay in Llanelli. This small development is adjacent to the acclaimed Millennium Coastal Path, which runs for 22kms along the coast.
Beachlands House has been lovingly fitted out using very high quality furniture and furnishings, making it a special place to stay.
Visit Wales grading at 5* has been awarded for this stunning & attractive home.
The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen on the second floor are light, bright and an ideal social space. The lounge has French windows and a Juliet balcony overlooking the fully enclosed and secure rear garden.
The lounge is tastefully furnished with contemporary fabric sofas and walnut occasional furniture, A media centre bridges the lounge area to the dining area and here you will find a 40” HD LCD TV, Sky box, DVD player, Mini HiFi with MP3 docking and USB port, a collection of family DVD’s & CD’s. Wireless Internet access is also available for guests use.
The dining area is located between the lounge and kitchen area and has a modern walnut and glass dining table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen is located at the front of the house and is beautifully fitted with beech fronted units, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and George Forman grill. There is an abundance of crockery, glassware, utensils and other kitchenalia. You can even bake a cake if you choose to, or concoct a 5 course meal – you will find everything you need.
Beachlands House has two bedrooms on the top floor and a further bedroom/day room on the ground floor.
The Master Bedroom with an en suite shower room is a very tranquil place and is delightful. A white oak modern King Size bed graces the room with lovely fresh linens. A matching white oak double wardrobe and chest of drawers provide more than adequate storage space for holiday clothing. You will also find a hairdryer in one of the drawers. The whole has been lovingly accessorised to provide a peaceful retreat. The en suite with its all white fitments has a power shower in a shower enclosure, hand basin and WC. A magnifying shaving or make up mirror is also provided.
Also on the top floor is a second bedroom, which has the children’s favourites – bunk beds! High quality maple bunks provide 2 full size single beds for kids or sharing adults. There is also a matching chest of drawers and wardrobe for storage of your holiday clothing. A small selection of infant/toddler toys is provided.
A clean and bright family bathroom with white suite is on this level. This bathroom has a full size bath, shower, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom three is located on the ground floor and doubles up as a day room and is ideal for older children or adults. This room is furnished with a lovely white day bed, which has a pull out trundle underneath providing another single bed. More than adequate drawer and wardrobe space is also available in this room. A Wii games console (with small selection of games) and a TV are also provided in this room.
Further facilities on the ground floor are a separate cloakroom and a utility room with a washing machine. Clothes can be dried using the inside garment hanging rail, or using the outside clothes line.
The fully enclosed and secure rear garden is accessed via the utility room and has a patio area with solid teak table and 6 chairs. On the lawned area is a children’s activity frame and other outdoor toys.
All linens (bed, bath and beach towels) are provided.
Guests have free use of bicycles stored in the garage on a rotational share basis with Beachlands View.
Beachlands House also provides off road parking (on driveway) and garage space for one car.
