Olde Coach House Holiday Cottages
The 17th century self catering cottages, have all been renovated, are well furnished and all very well equipped, we have retained that olde worlde charm with beams and Inglenooks. But they all have every home comfort, and are more like homes than holiday cottages.
Pump cottage Sleeps 4, with well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining room with woodburner to add extra warmth in the winter months, Lounge, Bathroom with overhead electric shower, upstairs 2 bedrooms one with 4 poster, one with twin beds, we welcome dogs in pump cottage by arrangement only.
Coach cottage Sleeps 4, Has its own private patio, well equipped Kitchen
including dishwasher, Lounge Dining room, stairway leads to 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bath and overhead electric shower.
The Hayloft and The Olde Laundry are smaller cottages and sleep 2, but are still well equipped and maintained.
The olde Laundry is all on Ground level with twin beds.
Travel cot and High chair are available.
Bed linen, Towels and Tea towels are all provided.
The gardens lead down to the banks of the river waveney, you can fish in season or can just relax picnic and watch the Ducks Swans, Kingfishers, owls, and if your lucky the otter. Gazebo, and BBQ available.
Brockdish still has a local Inn, the Olde Kings head, 100 yards from the cottages, or the local town of Harleston, has a mixture of Pubs and restaurants, and takeaways.
We are central Norwich Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and the Suffolk coast, Southwold, Dunwich, Minsmere.
Bressingham Gardens, Banham Zoo, Flixton Air museum, 100th American Bomber Museum, are all within easy reach. We have many local walks, including Angles walk that runs along the Waveney River, From Great Yarmouth to Lopham fen.
Off road parking 2 cars per cottage.
