And from the patio panoramic views over Mull and Lismore.
We regularly spot seals from the house and if you are in luck; otters!

Cnocaruan is the perfect base for exploring all Argyll has to offer in scenery, wildlife and history.
The living room with leather couches and Freeview TV with DVD player and lots of rainy day DVD's, local books and glossy magazines, I-pod dock and Wi-Fi available free of charge.
Binoculars are provided to spy the local wild life.
Patio doors out onto decking with panoramic views over Mull & Lismore.

The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, halogeen hob with double oven and a lot of little extras like herbs & spices, coffee, tea, nice shortbread, dishwasher tablets and a complementary bottle of wine waiting for you.
Upstairs 2 generous sized bedrooms- 1 super king and 1 twin (can be made up as another super king size), both with sea views.
Bathroom with shower over bath, hair dryer, toiletries and fluffy towels provided.

We dearly love Scotland with it's fantastic wild life & scenery and will be able to give our guests the insiders guide to special places to visit. Our properties are equipped and furnished with all the things we would like to find when we are away for a break and we rate cleanliness very high.
