The home is in a peaceful location, away from the towns and road and the crowds. All you hear would be the murmur of the waves from the sea and the rustle that passes you by with every breeze. The location has been known for years as ' Mayakkunnu', which in the local language Malayalam, aptly means fantasy hills.

Each bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes. The rooms are well ventilated with large French windows.
The beds are well kept.

The bathroom are spacious with showers, online water heater, mixing units and wash basin

Kitchen has granite work tops, cabinets, microwave, burner, coffee maker, fridge.

The living cum dining room has furniture with dining table (can seat upto 6).

The roof top (terrace) is with thatched roof.

The bathrooms have running water heaters. Air conditioning provided on demand at extra cost. There is plenty of open space around the house
Quite accessible property. Vehicle can take you right up to the door step.

Garden in front of the home is budding up... (quite a pretty engagement for someone interested in gardening!)
Roof top terrace is thatched with coconut leaves. You see the lush greenery of coconut and other tree tops in front across the view of the sea.

10 minutes walk to light house beach, Kovalam. 5 minutes drive to the beach. Beach at the Hawa Beach is of course the attraction of Kovalam.
Its diverse culture, Yoga and Ayurveda makes it an exotic location.
