There are panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and countryside from every window. To the back of the apartment, there is a wonderful view of the unspoilt old olive grove. To the front, there is a fantastic view across the village of Turunc to the sea. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away.

There are two floors in the apartment, comprising of 3 bedrooms and sleeping 6, (1 king size double bed, 4 single beds,) and 2 bathrooms. It has a luxury fitted kitchen with a spacious dining area and sitting room.

All rooms have air conditioning.
The three bedrooms of the apartment are at the top; the main bedroom has patio doors leading out to a balcony. The pool has plenty of surrounding sunbathing area with sun beds and umbrellas. There are two further twin-bedded rooms.

The apartment also has 2 balconies, one to the back with a view of the olive groves and mountains, & one to the front looking out over the swimming pool & has outside table and chairs and sun loungers around the pool.

The apartment is well fitted out with the usual appliances such as hairdryer, T.V with DVD, audio system and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board.

All bedding, sheets and towels are provided. If you require a change of linen during your stay/apartment clean, this can be arranged for a fee of around £35.00.

We offer a discount for second or third weeks booked and require a deposit of £100.00 per week booked. The balance to be received 6 weeks before departure. If the same party books both properties, a further discount will be available. There is also a £100 damage deposit to be paid, this deposit will be refunded 7 days after your holiday end date.

Transfers between Dalaman Airport and the apartments can be arranged. Car hire can also be arranged from the village of Turunc or Dalaman airport.

Please note that any damages caused during your stay must be reported and paid for.
