Established in the 1920's, first as a locally renowned 17 bedroom hotel, famed for it's breakfasts, then as holiday apartments from the mid 1970's. Family owned and run, we pride ourselves on providing a 'home from home' for our guests.

Well equipped self catering family holiday apartments, each with it's own facilities. You can choose form 3 or 4 night short breaks, 7 or 14 night weekly holidays and also 10 or 11 night extended stays. giving customers a much more flexible holiday choice.

All bed linen is supplied, travel cots and high chairs are available free of charge by prior arrangement.

Each apartment has an allocated parking space in the private car park to the rear of the house and there is free wi-fi internet access.

Dogs are welcome in some of our apartments by prior arrangement, and there are plenty of dog walking facilities in the local area.

Wind/kite surfing (Windfest in October), Paignton Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Living Coasts, Quay West water park, South Devon Steam Railway to Kingswear / Dartmouth, fishing / boat trips, and of course fresh Brixham fish and Devon Cream Teas! (Just a small selection of some of the things to do)

Also, ideal location for walking the South West Coastal Path or Dartmoor. Good base for exploring all of Devon and Cornwall.

There is always a large selection of events happening in and around the bay as it is an all year round resort. We have lots of theatres, award winning restaurants and other venues too numerous to mention. Theatre breaks can be organised for you - also special occasions - dining out, Xmas dinners etc.

As members of the TSCA guests will have the opportunity of gaining discounts to some of our major attractions including Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts.
