Champ Giraud. 2 pretty holiday cottages in an acre of garden

The pretty 2 bedroom Sunrise and Sunset cottages are either side of the owner's house, which is situated at the rear of the building. Both cottages sleep up to 5. There is an above ground pool in the large garden for a refreshing dip on those long, hot summer days.

Relax outside with a glass of wine on a warm summer evening and enjoy the spectacular night skies.

SUNRISE COTTAGE faces south with an eastern aspect on the side. It has a patio and terrace area with garden furniture and a barbeque. Get up early to watch the spectaular sunrises.

The accommodation comprises a large lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, large farmhouse dining table, woodburner in original Charentaise fire place. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The shower room is downstairs. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are a double & twin & fold up bed to use in either bedroom. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Hairdryer provided.

SUNSET COTTAGE faces south with a western aspect on the side. It has a patio and terrace area with garden furniture and a barbeque. Sit and watch the fabulous sunsets with a glass of local wine.

The accommodation comprises a large kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The cosy lounge has comfortable seating and a woodburner. The shower room is downstairs.

Upstairs is a double and a twin room plus a sleeping area off the landing with a single bed. There is plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Hairdyer is provided.

Both cottages have English satellite TV, DVDs, videos, books, board games and outdoor games equipment. Unlimited WiFi broadband is available.
