If you come to Vienna alone, its better to take a hotel - because the price-difference is too small.

If you choose to take a Vacation Flat in Vienna - or Holiday Apartment, the prices are from 60 to

80 Euro, BUT - the big difference is , that you can share the most vacation flats for up to 5 or 6 persons.. - And then it is a better price/performance ratio than in hotel.

Because if you take a vacation flat you can use the flat for

up to 5 Persons , that means the price per person is less than 12 Euro if you count the best price of 59 Euro per night. - Ok you have to pay a one time fee for cleaning, but if you stay - let me say a week - than that should not be a big problem..

Another big saving is, that you can buy your food & drinks in the supermarket -

Now to the drawback - YES! - Its true - you have to make yourself your breakfast and also you have to make your bed .. - :)
