Very spacious 1 bedroom Apartment in a refurbished old house. This apartment has it's own entrance and shares an outdoor patio for relaxing with a view. The views over the Rio Sado with Troia and Arrabida in the distance are amazing and constantly relaxing.

Situated 5 minutes from the city centre the apartment is close to shopping, cafes and restaurants yet it still maintains a feel of privacy and seclusion. The ferry to Troia resort is 3 minutes away, which takes you to over 40km of beaches.

The Apartment sleeps 2 and is perfect for a couple. It has 1 bathroom, kitchen with electric hobs, kettle, microwave, fridge, utensils etc. Unfortunately there is stairs from the main gate so wheelchair access is not possible.

The front room contains TV (no cable). Internet access can be arranged and there is a washing machine as well.

Lisbon is only 40 km away and we are 35 minutes from Lisbon Airport. This is the perfect base for whatever type of holiday you are looking for and a great place to come back to if you have been out exploring or just relaxing on one of the many beaches nearby.

Many things are available nearby; golf, windsurfing, kite surfing, fishing, horse riding, surfing, climbing, hiking, biking and much more. Surrounded by many beautiful towns and villages.

Setubal also boasts some of the best seafood restaurants in Portugal.
