Canal Farm Cottages offers a pleasant setting for a peaceful break, in the undiscovered part of Lincolnshire, with lovely views over open countryside to the Lincolnshire Wolds, and the majestic spire of St James Church in Louth, just a few miles away. Louth is a beautiful unspoilt Georgian market town, with a bustling market.

The Lincolshire coast has much to offer, bird life is abundant, and you may catch a glimpse of our resident Barn Owl. Walkers and birdwatchers will love the coastal nature reserves which are close by. Seal pups can be seen on beaches in the Autumn and Marsh Orchids in the early summer are spectacular.

Enjoy a traditional family holiday at nearby resorts of Cleethorpes and Sutton on Sea, Beautiful clean beaches.

The Louth Canal offers opportunities for fishing, and walking along the 12 mile tow path. Our own on site fishing lake is also available FOC for guests use only.

This is excellent cycle country, and Canal Farm is on the Lincolnshire Cycle route.
Lincoln, Hull, and York are all within easy reach for day trips - there are so many visitor attractions in the area and information about these will be provided by your hosts.

The accommodation is all 4 star graded as follows :- Ticklepenny cottage , sleeps 4, is single storey, lounge dining area, kitchen, L shaped bedroom with 1 double and 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom.

Kingfisher cottage, sleeps 4, is single storey, lounge, kitchen with dining area, spacious bathroom (with walk in shower), double and twin bedrooms. (suitable for limited mobility). Barn Owl cottage sleeps 5, Kitchen, ground floor bathroom, feature spiral staircase to 1 twin room and 1 double, 1 single bedrooms on first floors.
