This new Austrian Apartment is more than just a place to sleep. The chalet features 3 bedrooms, with a family bathroom and 2 further en suite shower rooms. Set in the beautiful Austrian village of Kaprun, close to the town and lake at Zell am Zee. The apartment overlooks the Kitzsteinhorn mountain, and there are view across the village of Kaprun

With the apartment comes an underground car parking space, with a second above ground car parking place. The apartment also benefits from a ski room, and a shared laundry room with washing machine / dryer.

Outside the premises there is a large terrace leading into the garden area. From the terrace and garden area there are stunning views of the mount Kitzsteinhorn, with its glacier and mountain restaurants.

The bus stop is a brief 1-2 minutes away and from there a short ride takes you to any of the three ski areas which makes up the joint Europa Ski area of Kaprun and Zell am See

The Ski areas Sallbach and Hinterglemm a just a few short miles away and are readily accessible by car, along with the Gastein valley spa / ski resorts.

Within 100 meters of the apartment there is an extensive footpath / cycle way network which leads to Zell am See and much further a field along the valley bottom.

For those who are more energetic there are mountain walks galore, and high level routes for those mountain biking. Whether it is for nature, sports lovers, or for those who just like to relax, Kaprun holiday apartment is your ideal base in the mountains.

The apartment is 110m2 in size and with an lift serving all floor levels. And a level of walk of around 10-12 minutes into the village center of Kaprun it makes it ideally suited for disabled guests.

This apartment has the benefit of a luxury well equipped kitchen with granite worktops and a dining area, which comfortably sits up to 9 people. Adjacent to the kitchen / dining area is the lounge with a comfortable leather sofa to relax after your meal, taking in the view across the valley as the sun sets.

The holiday apartment has the benefit of televisions, DVD system, radios, and indeed is your home from home.
