Our 70 m2 Apartment is located in the middle of Vienna next to Underground and City Hall in a very quiet side street.

Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores as well as to cafe's & restaurants like 'Cafe Landmann'.

Around the corner you will find the ring Strasse, burg-theater and City town-hall.

Famous shopping street Kaerntner Straße, state opera house, Saint Stephan's Cathedral is also in walking distance to our flat.

For your convenience our flat has also a Parking garage which you can park your car.

ATM/Bank and Post office are also next to our apartment for your convenience.

Technical University (5 minute walk)
Today's Technical University was originally founded by Emperor Franz I in 1815 as the 'Royal & Imperial Polytechnical Insitute'.

Karlsplatz underground station (5-8 minute walk.)
The Karlsplatz underground station is quite huge and spreads from the edge of Resselpark under a section of Kärntner Strasse up to the building of Vienna State Opera (Wiener Staatsoper). Tram stops are located both at Karlsplatz (next to Resselpark) and in front of the Staatsoper building.

The Vienna Künstlerhaus is an exhibition building on the Ringstrasse. It is located on the Karlsplatz, adjacent to the building of the Vienna Musikverein.

Naschmarkt & Theater an der Wien
Naschmarkt is a unique mixture of Austrian traditions and oriental influences. Viennese shrewdness meets bazaar mentality. It is a great place to shop for goodies and to have lunch at one of the many stalls, coffee shops and restaurants.

Karlskirche Church (10 minute walk.)
Karlskirche church stands on the southern side of the Karlsplatz in Vienna, on the edge of the city centre and 200 m outside the Ringstrasse.

Musikverein and the New Year's Concert(10 minute walk.)
The Vienna Musikverein (more accurately, the building of the Vienna Musikverein), is a Viennese concert venue with a rich tradition.

Vienna State Opera(10 minute walk.
The Vienna State Opera, the 'First House on the Ring', is Vienna's most important opera house and one of the world's most famous. The Vienna Philharmonic recruits its members from the ranks of the State Opera orchestra.

Konzerthaus(15 minute walk)
The Konzerthaus in Vienna was opened 1913. It is situated in the third district just at the edge of the first district in Vienna. Since it was founded it has always tried to emphasise both tradition and innovative musical styles.

St. Stephan´s Cathedral(20 minute walk)
St. Stephen’s Cathedral on Stephansplatz square became a cathedral church in 1365 and has been a cathedral since 1469/1479, assuming the role of metropolitan church of the Archbishop of Vienna in 1723.

Hofburg Palace (20 minute walk.)
The Hofburg Palace was orignially a medieval castle, but today only the castle chapel ('Burgkapelle') demonstrates its medieval past. The Hofburg was extended to a magnificent residence when the Habsburg's power increased. That's why one can find almost any architectural style, from gothic to art nouveau. Nowadays this enormous complex is home to 'Österreichische Nationalbibliothek' (National Library), 'Schatzkammer' (Imperial Treasury), and houses a collection of musical instruments, another collection of weapons, a 'Museum für Völkerkunde' (Museum of Ethnography) and famous 'Spanische Hofreitschule' (Spanish Riding School). Vienna's Imperial castle also houses exotic butterflies in a marvellous art-deco glass house!
